Delivery 

All DiBrenzo pieces are crafted and prepared with the utmost care. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

 

Ready-to-Wear & Objects

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

 

Couture & One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Shipping timelines will be confirmed individually following purchase.

 

All shipments are:

 

  • Fully insured

  • Tracked

  • Signature-required upon delivery

 

Once an order has shipped, DiBrenzo is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen transit circumstances.​​

Before You Buy

Each DiBrenzo piece is designed with intention and produced in extremely limited quantities, often as a one-of-a-kind creation.

 

We strongly encourage clients to contact us prior to purchase with any questions regarding:

 

  • Fit and measurements

  • Materials and fabrication

  • Construction details

  • Care and wearability

 

Additional images, measurements, or clarifications can be provided upon request to ensure complete confidence in your selection.

 

Purchases are considered a confirmation that the client has reviewed all provided information and is comfortable proceeding.​

Returns

Due to the nature of our work, all Couture and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale.

 

Each piece is individually designed and produced, making returns or exchanges impossible once an order is placed.

 

This policy reflects the exclusivity, craftsmanship, and integrity of our atelier process.

 

 

Ready-to-Wear (If Applicable)

 

Ready-to-Wear items may be eligible for store credit only, at DiBrenzo’s written discretion, provided that:

 

  • A return request is made within 3–5 days of delivery

  • The item is returned unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • The item is returned and received by the atelier within 7 calendar days (not working days) from the date of written approval for return

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Any alterations, customizations, or special requests render the piece final sale.

 

 

Objects

 

All objects are final sale due to their limited nature and delicate construction.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

 

Approved claims will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis, at DiBrenzo’s discretion.

Legal Notice

 

By completing a purchase with DiBrenzo, the client acknowledges and agrees to all stated policies, including those related to delivery timelines, final sale conditions, and return eligibility.

All policies are subject to change without notice and are governed by applicable laws.
