What Lies Beneath

Designed using the highest grade Italian textiles, this collection explores the many colors, textures and movements found while underwater shipwreck diving.  By using various techniques including pleating, beading and couture appliqué, Brandi Victoria celebrates several different volumes as a master pattern maker that are complimentary to any body type.
